Admission to Gdansk Business School is based on secondary school performance, personal achievements, letters of recommendation and other factors that reflect candidate's interests, motivation and potential.

Applicants for undergraduate studies must submit the following set of documents:

  1. Secondary school certificate or an official duplicate issued by the candi­date's secondary school or another legal document that entitles its holder to continue education at the university level (must be notarized or "apostille" signed in the country in which it was issued (this does not apply to IB or Polish matura)
  2. A certificate of English Language proficiency (FCE, IELTS, TOEFL, ESOL, IESOL, SET, EBC, EOS,TOEIC, LCCI, B2 Certificate in English, CAE, CPE, BEC, CEIBT, CELS) must be submitted.
    This is not required if secondary school general language of instruction was English.
  3. Application form (available at bit.ly/gbsUniversity or under the button below).

Applicants for graduate studies must additionally submit the following document:

  1. Undergraduate/Graduate degree diploma or an official duplicate issued by a university (must be notarized or "apostille" signed in the country which it was issued).

PLEASE NOTE: A transcript must be attached to the application. In case transcripts are not in English language, then a sworn translation must be attached as well. Upon arrival to Gdansk Business School, student’s secondary school certificate must be presented to the local educational authority (Kuratorium Oswiaty) in Poland (e.g. in Gdansk) so that legalization process can be successfully completed. You will also need to submit a scan or copy of ID/passport (page with photo and personal data) and 4 passport-size photographs.
