Purpose of study

Upon completion of this programme, you will have acquired theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of management and quality sciences and related disciplines, concerning the nature, regularities and problems of organisational functioning, as well as ways of solving these problems effectively and efficiently. You will acquire the ability to: critically analyse, interpret and evaluate management phenomena and processes at different levels; assess the impact of the environment on these phenomena (processes); prepare and take management decisions, especially strategic ones. You will be able to put into practice the skills you have acquired in organising teamwork and leading teams, and in communicating, negotiating and persuading effectively. You will be perfectly prepared to work as a management system specialist, in middle and senior management, as an advisor and consultant in business or public organisations, or to run your own business.
