Skills

You will gain in-depth knowledge, skills and competencies in the areas of law, management, economics and finance. You will learn how to effectively analyse and evaluate the interrelationships between legal, economic and financial issues affecting the situation of an organisation or a specific institution (e.g. the one you will be working for). As a result, you will have the intellectual potential and skills to perform expert tasks in the process of advising business entities - tasks that are a key element of today's competitive market reality. Proficiency in public and administrative law, taxation, consumer protection and competition law will provide you with a comprehensive set of legal skills necessary for effective business management, legal compliance and strategic decision-making in a variety of professional environments.

International Business

This field has been designed to provide you with specialized education covering substantive and practical knowledge of the functioning of both European and global market, international enterprises, national and international institutions and organizations, techniques and tools for implementing foreign trade transactions, including elements of intercultural communication. Moreover, you will learn about the provisions of civil and commercial law in international transactions.

E-Business and Artificial Intelligence Law

This field has been designed to provide you with specialized education covering substantive and practical knowledgeof new technologies law at national, supranational and international levels. Moreover, you will develop both digital and legal competences that are key in modern trade. You will also gain knowledge, competences and skills needed in running your own business, conducting professional consultancy or performing employee duties in the dynamically growing ICT sector (Information and Communication Technologies) or e-commerce.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

  • solve specific legal problems in the field of e-business and artificial intelligence
  • handle issues related to digitalization of trade, in particularthose related to internet-based transactions and trading virtual goods
  • prepare plans for strategic management of enterprises that conduct their business in the Internet, using selected e-business models
